Here we develop Projects for the public sector and let them long-term to authorities generally to relieve public budgets. "Sale-and-Lease-Back"Proceeding
Here a property is leased back mostly long-term to the vendor immediately after acquisition. This is under the precondition that the property can be considered for usage by a third party. Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH has practised the "Sale-and-lease-back"-procedure with various large corporate groups e.g. the two logistic centres Tesco in Warsaw and Prague as well as the "andel`s" Hotel in Krakow.
