Over and above that, management decisions are targeted at long-term added values for the satisfaction of our partners, particularly the investors.

Appointment of one member of the Supervisory Board who is independent of the group, establishing of an Ombudsman, functional risk management but also warranty of investor protection by means of a clear division of functions within the responsibilities belong into this category.
