Individual strategies for property professionals
| Individualized property funds are available as open-ended special property funds only to institutional investors. These include the publicly owned Sparkasse banks, insurance companies, company and private pension schemes and businesses. Since these funds are not subject to the restrictions of InvG, they are primarily intended for institutional investors with experience in property, who are in a position to weigh up the associated opportunities and risks from a commercial perspective. It is therefore an ideal product for companies whose investment horizon regarding to their possibilities of optimizing the returns is limited by the InvG or who are looking for an alternative to the legally restricted open-ended special property funds. In addition, the concept of individualized property funds is that only investors with parallel interests and similar objectives invest jointly in the same fund. In order to provide legally, commercially and tax-optimized investment structures to meet the differing needs of diverse groups of investors, a separate fund is created for each group or alternative set of investment objectives. |
