Deka Immobilien lets around 4,000 sqm at Frankfurt’s TOWER185

Deka Immobilien has let a total of around 4,000 sqm of office space at TOWER185 on Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 35–37, one of the most prominent office buildings in Frankfurt’s banking district, further demonstrating the property’s strong appeal to businesses across a wide range of industries.

Finance in Motion GmbH has signed a long-term lease for around 2,750 sqm of office space across the eighth and ninth floors, becoming a new tenant at TOWER185. Founded in Germany, the impact asset manager specialises in investments in emerging and developing markets and is expected to move into its new premises over the course of next year.

Existing tenant Vialto Partners will relocate within TOWER185 in the middle of the year, taking approximately 715 sqm on the twelfth floor. The international advisory firm has signed a new three-year lease.

Etengo AG, a leading recruitment specialist for IT professionals, has also extended its lease by a further five years and will occupy around 400 sqm on the eleventh floor. Handover is scheduled for the turn of 2026/2027.
