Along with specific factors that determine a property’s value, strategic fit plays a decisive role in a hotel’s success. The location, property, concept and operator all need to go together. As an experienced, responsible real estate manager, we are interested in long-term leases with creditworthy tenants in combination with high-powered brands. Accordingly, our hotel specialists work in close partnership with more than 30 national and international hotel brands, from the budget segment to luxury providers.

The appeal of hotels as an asset class lies in the diversity, the people and their professionalism as well as in the perfect interaction between operator and owner.

Guests passing through the venerable façade into the five-star hotel discover a modern building featuring a unique combination of mid- to late-19th century style and design-oriented furnishings. The centrepiece is the foyer. Measuring 27 metres in height, it provides access from the lobby to the building section at the rear.

We are delighted to have joined forces with Accor and the Sofitel brand in a contract to incorporate the special history of this high-calibre property located right in the heart of the city into a new design and to secure its position as a flagship in Munich’s hotel market.

The hotel has received multiple nominations for the prestigious World Travel Awards in categories such as Ireland’s Leading Luxury Hotel 2022 and 2023, Ireland’s Leading Hotel Suite 2022 and Europe’s Leading New Hotel 2021. In addition, it was named Ireland’s best hotel at the Condé Nast Traveler 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards. That speaks for itself!

The five-star Anantara The Marker Dublin is part of a new urban concept in Dublin and sets the standard for luxury hotels in Ireland.

Today it is under a long-term lease to the hotel operator Native Places. The Ducie Street Warehouse was named the best new hotel in northern England by The Sunday Times just a week after it opened. Among other amenities, the paper also highlighted its 166 high-end rooms with a generous average size of 62 square metres per room. Alongside towering cast iron pillars, a massive central atrium and exposed brickwork, each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and gorgeous hardwood floors. On the ground floor, the unique, stylish boutique concept includes dining and fitness options, conference rooms, a café, a small cinema and a terrace.

The Native Manchester combines old and new, local and international, serviced apartment and hotel in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that has made it into the most happening social hub in Manchester.

Steeped in history, the building has gone through several changes and renovations over the decades, but it has always retained its status as a premier destination for travellers. In the 1960s and 1970s, it was a popular spot for celebrities and VIPs, who were drawn to its central location and upscale atmosphere. In 2020, the building underwent a major renovation before being reopened as a luxury hotel and entertainment destination called the “Hard Rock American”.

Since 2023, Ireland’s Dalata Hotel Group has been operating it under the name Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American. Dalata Group is Ireland’s largest hotel operator, with a rapidly growing presence in the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

Dalata plans to invest roughly EUR 4.5 million to modernise the hotel in the years ahead. The improvements include an investment in the hotel’s sustainability, which will lead to a substantial reduction in its carbon footprint.

We look forward to continuing our previous working relationship with Dalata Group at many locations in the United Kingdom and in the Netherlands as well.
