Deka Immobilien has sold the property “Amazon Fulfillment Center Hartford” in Connecticut to a subsidiary of Winstanley Enterprises, a private commercial real estate investment company based in Concord, Massachusetts. The purchase price amounts to USD 122.3 million.
The facility comprises a semi-automated fulfilment centre built in 2014 and situated on an approximately 89.5-acre site. It offers 94,500 sqm of prime warehouse space with 9.75m floor to ceiling heights and is conveniently located off Highway I-91.
The asset was part of the Deka-ImmobilienGlobal fund’s portfolio for approximately seven years and generated a stable cash flow during the holding period and ultimately good sales proceeds.
