Deka Immobilien has sold the “Business Center Muthgasse” in Vienna from the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa. The sale forms part of the fund’s ongoing portfolio optimisation strategy.

Deka Immobilien has sold the “Business Center Muthgasse” in Vienna. The buyer is a company indirectly owned by Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG and Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien. The property formed part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The office property is located at Mooslackengasse 23–25 / Nussdorfer Lände 23 in Vienna’s 19th district of Döbling. The six-storey building comprises three interconnected sections and offers around 23,000 sqm of lettable space as well as 227 parking spaces. Amenities include a staff canteen and cafeteria. Located in the northern Vienna submarket, the property benefits from excellent public transport links and convenient car access.
Deka Immobilien acquired the property in 2002. With this transaction, the fund management of Deka-ImmobilienEuropa continues to pursue the strategic optimisation of the portfolio.
