With effect from 1 January 2024, Deka Immobilien has awarded the management of Isenburg-Zentrum in Neu-Isenburg, a town located to the south of Frankfurt am Main, to the IPH Group.
Isenburg-Zentrum spans some 46,000 sqm and offers visitors around 140 shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as generous parking spaces for 1,600 cars. It is a lively location that brings people together and provides a unique shopping and leisure experience in the south of Frankfurt. With 170 retail experts, the group comprising IPH and BBE is Germany’s leading service network for topics relating to retail and commercial real estate. In addition to managing the centre, IPH will also be in charge of leasing, managing the property and operating the associated parking spaces. The shops in the East and Centre sections of Isenburg-Zentrum have been part of our real estate portfolio since 1989. In 2011, we acquired the entire property, including the West section, for our Deka-ImmobilienEuropa fund. By partnering with IPH, we want to generate new momentum for the centre and continue its success story.
