The existing tenant, Rödl & Partner GmbH, has prolonged its tenancy for 2,589 sqm of office space until 30 September 2033, and has additionally leased the uppermost 14th floor.
Constructed in 2008, Kranhaus 1 is situated in Rheinauhafen, which is one of Cologne’s most highly coveted office locations, and is recognised for its direct location on the Rhine, diverse architecture and top-notch tenant mix. It offers a lettable area of over 17,000 sqm with premium office space as well as a fine dining option on the ground level.
