Deka Immobilien has leased around 2,077 sqm in TWENTY ONE CENTRAL, located at Bayerstraße 21 in Munich, to FITSEVENELEVEN GmbH under a long-term agreement. The property forms part of the portfolio of the public real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.

With FITSEVENELEVEN, one of Germany’s leading fitness brands is moving into TWENTY ONE CENTRAL – an ideal addition to the building’s concept and tenant mix. The long-term lease agreement of more than 12 years highlights the trusting and collaborative partnership between tenant and landlord.
