Deka Immobilien has leased approximately 2,100 sqm of office space to Gerresheimer AG in PANTA RHEI, a modern, seven-storey office building located in Düsseldorf’s Airport City. The lease will commence on 1 June 2025 and has a term of ten years. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International Deutschland GmbH.
The at-is group acted as general planner and was responsible for ensuring that the tenant’s spatial concept was implemented on time and in the required quality by the general contractor, Lucian Thum. Deka Immobilien has a long-standing, successful partnership with both companies.
For Gerresheimer AG, an international manufacturer of high-quality specialty products made of glass and plastic for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, this move marks a return to a familiar partner. Several years ago, the company was already a tenant in a Düsseldorf property from the Deka-ImmobilienEuropa fund.
