Swedish fashion retailer Lager 157 has extended its lease for 2,107 sqm at the Länna Market shopping center – a clear indication of the location’s attractiveness in the south of the Swedish capital.
Länna Market is a well-established retail park located in Huddinge, just 15 minutes from Stockholm city center. The center comprises a total rental area of 36,631 sqm and hosts well-known retailers such as City Gross, MediaMarkt, Power, XXL Sport, and Leo’s Lekland. With 1,084 parking spaces, 20 EV charging stations, and direct access to highway A73, the site offers ideal conditions for both visitors and tenants.
Originally constructed in 2002 and extensively modernised in 2017, the property is part of the institutional fund WestInvest TargetSelect Shopping. For Deka Immobilien, this development is yet another positive example of the successful active management of its international real estate portfolio – especially as Lager 157 is a key contributor to the strong and diverse tenant mix at Länna Market, significantly enhancing the site’s overall appeal.
