Deka Immobilien has secured a long-term lease for the architecturally distinctive Benrather Karree in Düsseldorf’s Central Business District (CBD). The new tenant, occupying around 1,050 sqm on the 4th floor, will be the multinational law firm Pinsent Masons, headquartered in London. The move into the premises at Benrather Straße 18–20, right in the heart of the city, is scheduled for August 2026. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as the advisor to the landlord, while CBRE represented the tenant.
Completed in 2003, the ten-storey Benrather Karree is one of the established office properties in Düsseldorf’s CBD.
