Deka Immobilien has signed a long-term lease for approximately 5,000 sqm at Weisses Quartier—an office property located at St.-Martin-Strasse 72/82 in Munich—with 1000 Satellites GmbH. The BASF spin-off provides professional, close-to-home workplace solutions across the metropolitan regions of Munich, Hamburg and Rhine-Neckar. The company is taking over the 4th and 5th floors from IT service provider diva-e and will convert the space into a modern flex-office environment.
Originally built in 1992 and comprehensively upgraded in 2020, the five-storey property with a total of around 22,000 sqm rental space features a representative architectural style with expansive glass façades, generous outdoor areas with a fountain, and a bright, spacious lobby. Flexible floor plates, district heating and a walk-on rooftop terrace complete the profile.
