Deka Immobilien has acquired a modern logistics facility in Ingolstadt for approximately EUR 40.5 million. Completed in June 2025, the property has been added to the assets of the KVMS-Domus Fund (AIF). The seller is VIPA Immobilien GmbH.
The development at Bunsenstraße 9 comprises both a cross-dock and a warehouse building with a total lettable area of around 15,886 sqm. With this facility, Ingolstadt will become a key hub within the company’s European groupage network.
The property is equipped with 76 loading bays and storage capacity for roughly 17,000 pallets. It also offers about 1,500 sqm of office and staff space. The tenant holds rights to install photovoltaic systems on the roofs, with the first installation already in place. In addition, the building is targeting DGNB Gold certification. Cutting-edge automation technology designed to accelerate handling processes further enhances the profile of the property.
Located in close proximity to the A9 motorway, the facility benefits from excellent transport links to Munich, Nuremberg and Munich Airport.
