Deka Immobilien has concluded a long-term lease agreement with White & Case LLP for its prestigious office property GAP 15 in Düsseldorf. The international law firm will relocate from its current premises on the 6th to 8th floors to the 21st to 23rd floors of the landmark high-rise, occupying an area of around 4,400 sqm.
White & Case has been based at GAP 15 for almost two decades. Under the new lease, the firm will remain at the property for a further ten years.
A key factor in the decision was the comprehensive revitalization concept developed by Deka Immobilien to ensure the property’s long-term competitiveness. The program includes architectural, technical, and sustainability upgrades, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

With its 24 floors, listed heritage building, and a total lettable area of 43,445 sqm, GAP 15 is one of Düsseldorf’s most distinctive office properties, located in the city’s central business district. Its proximity to the Königsallee, excellent transport connections, a public underground car park with 566 spaces, and a wide range of restaurants and retail options underline the quality of the location.
The property was constructed and comprehensively refurbished in 2005 and features state-of-the-art building technology, impressive reception areas, and a restaurant with outdoor terrace. It is located at Graf-Adolf-Platz 15 and forms part of the WestInvest InterSelect open-ended public real estate fund.
