Taylor Wessing leases space at Benrather Karree in Düsseldorf

Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement with international law firm Taylor Wessing for around 6,000 sqm of office space at Benrather Karree in Düsseldorf. The firm has secured the fifth and sixth floors of the office property on a long-term lease and plans to move in in autumn 2028.

A new tenant has therefore already been secured for part of the space that will become available, well ahead of the departure of the current tenant, Hengeler Mueller, scheduled for the end of July 2027. Before Taylor Wessing moves in, the leased space will be redesigned to meet the law firm’s requirements.

The ten-storey office property comprises around 30,000 sqm of total lettable space and is distinguished by its striking architecture and high-quality building and office space. Light-filled offices and a high standard of technical fit-out further enhance the property’s appeal. The property is certified BREEAM “Very Good”.

Benrather Karree is located at Benrather Strasse 18–20, between Düsseldorf’s Old Town and Königsallee in the city’s Central Business District, where Taylor Wessing has been based for many years. By relocating to Benrather Karree, the law firm can continue to benefit from this highly valued micro-location while further developing its workplace concept.
