Following recent lease successes, this new transaction once again highlights the strong positioning of The Rock as one of the leading multi-tenant properties in Zuidas.
The building is currently undergoing a major transformation. The ground floor and mezzanine are being converted into vibrant shared spaces featuring reception and hospitality services, an all-day bar, multiple meeting rooms, and diverse collaboration areas. The available office spaces are being fully upgraded with modern installations, new ceilings, LED lighting, and refurbished sanitary facilities and lift lobbies — ensuring that The Rock will continue to meet the evolving demands of top-tier tenants.
