Over the past five years (2021 to 2025), we have completed 181 real estate acquisitions and sales with a transaction volume of around EUR 13.1 billion.
In that time, Deka Immobilien acquired a total of 94 high-quality properties and projects with an overall volume of EUR 8.6 billion through individual and portfolio deals.
Entering new markets with growth potential plays a major role in our transaction strategy. To date, we have invested in various countries in Europe, North and South America, and the Asia-Pacific region. In the past five years, Deka Immobilien’s investment focus has been on European markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, France and Italy. Outside Europe, the company’s real estate acquisitions have centred on the US, Canada and Australia.
