Deka Immobilien has transformed the landmark Opéra-Victoire building into a modern, future-proof building and successfully placed it on the market.
Now work is complete, the buildings fulfil the latest technical and environmental standards. Thanks to energy-efficient refurbishments, photovoltaic systems installed in the renovated parts of the building, and the use of smart data technology, the energy consumption of the building complex has been reduced:
By around 30% compared with 2019 and as much as 44% when compared with 2013.
Carbon emissions have also been reduced – by 30% compared with 2019.
